Late seating requests will result in the entire party being moved to the back of the room to the next available space of the requested size.

NEW FOR 2016! Name badges are for convention attendees who purchase event tickets only. Members will receive a free wristband for the sport show by registering through our app. The app will be available for pre-registration starting January 2016. You will pick up all wristbands at the booth in Ryman Hall B4. Visit for more information.

If you purchased tickets to the Early Bird Social on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 please note that it will be at the Wild Horse Saloon in downtown Nashville. Your ticket includes transportation, dinner, and entertainment. You will receive an email prior to the convention with information about the departure location for the shuttle to the Wild Horse Saloon.

If you purchase a Big Strutter Raffle Package you will receive vouchers for the Bad Boy Buggies Raffle Package, Argo UTV Raffle Package, and the War Eagle/Pure Gold Raffle Package to redeem inside each event. You must be present to win.
